    I am giving this a high rating primarily due to stellar customer service. The anklet came with an insecure clasp, causing it to break. When I contacted seller, she immediately took proactive measures to ensure that, not only I receive a new one, but also welded shut and using a different material. I know her pieces are quality and well-crafted, because I also bought a necklace. Apparently, there was an issue in the factory using wrong clasp for the anklets, and she had the integrity to share that mistake with me, apologise, and gave no excuses. She did not (as so many business owners do) condescend or question/blame me. I am amazed at her ability to humbly take responsibility and respond so graciously. I most definitely highly recommend this seller. I’ve rarely experienced such integrity under these kind circumstances.
